Juicing for Alzheimer’s Prevention: Is it Possible?

juicing for alzheimersThe facts on Alzheimer’s can be truly terrifying.

Over five million Americans live with the disease with a person being newly diagnosed almost every minute.

If you’ve ever seen a loved one succumb to the disease, you know that it’s truly heartbreaking.

Alzheimer’s robs people of who they are, taking their memories and personality away.

With such stark statistics, you might feel powerless in the face of this disease.

Although there’s no set cure, we can take steps to minimize our chances of getting Alzheimer’s.

For example, in a recent Vanderbilt study, it was shown that drinking fresh fruit and vegetable juice can cut the risk of getting Alzheimer’s by 76%.

Isn’t that incredible? With stats like that, there’s no excuse to not give juicing for Alzheimer’s prevention a try.

Not sure where to get started? Follow along; we’ve got all the tips and tricks to make you a juicing pro!

Why Juicing? Here’s How It Works

Juicing has so many benefits and it’s much easier to get into than you might think.

First off, let’s examine how fruits and veggies protect your brain.

Plants are full of polyphenols, a type of antioxidant.

Antioxidants are chemicals that protect your cells and DNA from two sources of attack – radiation from the sun and aggressive pathogens.

With these wellness warriors, your body and brain arms themselves against diseases and general age-related deterioration.

Juice Vs. Whole Fruit

But why is juicing better than just eating a piece of fruit?

First off, it’s extremely convenient to have a glass of juice ready to go.

There’s no cooking or fussing with servings. Just dump a bunch of your favorite fruits and veggies in the juicer and make a big batch to sip all week long.

Juice is more easily digested since your body’s goal is to convert most digestible solids into liquids. By not having to do that work, your body saves some energy, too.

The best part about juicing? You can control what goes into your drink.

By using organic produce, you’re giving your body extra antioxidants than what’s found in the processed stuff on the shelf.

Which Fruits And Veggies Are Best For Juicing For Alzheimer’s Prevention?

You’re sold on juicing, invested in a juicer, and are ready to go.

Which fruits and vegetables should you start with?

Remember that saying “an apple a day keeps the doctor away”? There’s a good reason for it.

Apples are excellent for combating dementia-related illness – but that’s not all.

A study conducted at Florida State University showed that regular apple juice consumption led to lower levels of “bad” cholesterol and reduced inflammation.

Not only that, participants in the study shed a few pounds. Bonus!

Plain old apple juice with high quality, organic apples is a great way to start juicing for Alzheimer’s prevention.

Here’s a list of other great fruits and veggies to add to your shopping cart:

  • Apples
  • Beets
  • Blackberries
  • Blueberries
  • Carrots
  • Celery
  • Cherries
  • Cucumbers
  • Grapes
  • Grapefruit
  • Kale
  • Kiwis
  • Lemon
  • Oranges
  • Pears
  • Peaches
  • Pineapple
  • Plums
  • Raspberries
  • Strawberries
  • Tomatoes

Remember to purchase organic produce. When juicing, you’ll want to keep the skin on since that’s where most of the antioxidants are.

Organic produce is grown with fewer harmful chemicals that stick to the skin of the fruits and vegetables.

Juicing Recipes That Are Easy And Delicious

It’s easy to start with juicing one fruit or vegetable, like making a nice, solid apple juice or a great savory tomato juice.

But it’s fun to be creative in the kitchen!

Expand your repertoire slowly by combining two or three items together.

Imagine a refreshing kale, cucumber and lemon juice on a hot summer day.

And who can go wrong with the classic (and antioxidant packed) berry blend?

If you don’t overdo it, you can even add a little high quality extra dark chocolate to the mix since it has antioxidant properties too.

Think about a cherry chocolate beverage; bet your mouth is watering now!

If you want to go all-in, consider the following recipes for a tall glass of disease-fighting deliciousness!

Brain Booster

This recipe is slightly sweet and full of dark, healthy veggies.

Take three medium-sized carrots, an apple, six to eight spinach leaves, and half a medium-sized beet, unpeeled.

If you have a juicer, drop them all in and press them out.

If you have a blender, blend thoroughly with some ice and then strain it through a cheesecloth.

Serve over ice.

Calcium Cocktail

Not only does your brain benefit from this recipe but so do your bones!

Take one medium apple, a red bell pepper, three medium carrots, a cup of chopped collard greens, four leaves of kale and a big handful of cilantro.

Juice it up and serve immediately.

The Juice That Went Bang

How can you go wrong with a name like that? This juice truly does it all!

Grab half a beetroot, 5-6 leaves of spinach, a quarter of a chunk of cabbage, and a stalk of broccoli.

Add in half a grapefruit, half a lemon, a whole orange, a kiwi, and top it off with two centimeters of ginger.

You’re going to have a lot of yummy juice on your hands; invite over a friend and protect your brain health together!

Juicing for Health: How Fresh Juice Gives Glowing Skin

juicing for healthWe all put on masks. And metaphorically, juicing will not make that mask unnecessary.

But, do you ever feel like you have to cover your face? Is it because of the condition of your skin?

Then maybe juicing for your skin health is a good option.

Here’s the thing: your skin is an organ, not just a covering. It’s inherently part of the whole system of your body. The average person’s skin, if stretched out, measures about 22 square feet. It’s also the heaviest organ in your body at 20 pounds.

Just covering it up when it looks bad is a pattern of denial. I’m not saying makeup is a bad thing. But you have the potential to actually fix any dry, itchy, wrinkly skin you’ve been worried about.

So, let’s jump about why juicing is good for your health and your skin.

1. Juicing For Health Because Your Liver

Livers aren’t just a thing you used to eat when you went to KFC. They’re this amazing organ that does incredible things for your body and your skin.

It’s where a ton of the metabolic processes happen in your body. Metabolic meaning breaks down substances for your body to either eliminate or use. The eliminate function is typically used for toxins. Things that you have too much of or don’t need in your body.

Think about it this way. If you’re overworking your liver with too much fat, can it break down the necessary chemicals for the rest of your body?

The answer is, not as easily. This is why it’s highly important you monitor what you put into your body.

But it’s also important to realize that a healthy liver doesn’t just improve inner health, it improves you outer health as well. It eliminates toxins that affect your skin.

If you have constant acne, eczema, premature aging, liver spots, itchy rashes, etc. You may want to look at how your diet affects your liver.

One of the awesome things about juicing for your health is that it detoxes your body as well. Your liver needs antioxidants to help it function correctly. And guess where a massive amount of antioxidants can be found? In fruits and vegetables!

Getting the most antioxidants out of your fruits and vegetables requires you to eat them raw. And the best way to eat your raw veggies and fruits is through juice.

2. Why Can’t I Just Drink Bottled Juice?

If you go to any old grocery store, you are going to see they have a juice aisle. If you go to the juice aisle, you are going to see rows upon rows of colorful bottles. All of them say, “drink me.” But, like Alice in Wonderland, you have no idea by just it’s outward appearing what it will do to you.

I can tell you that it may or may not do bad things. But it’s not going to benefit you like real, homemade juice.

Commercial juices, especially the ones that boast “100% juice!” just don’t have the things you need to help your skin.

If you’re juicing for your health, homemade juice has things commercial juice just doesn’t.

The fiber in homemade juice is something you really do need. It’s called soluble fiber. It’s the fiber that reduces your cholesterol levels. Those pesky LDLs your doctor keeps talking about aren’t good for your liver either, and thus aren’t good for your skin.

Remember what we said about your living having to break down fat? Yeah, those juices from the bottle aren’t going to help you with that one.

High Fructose Corn Syrup

Here’s another thing you should know about bottled juices. They can lie. The only place the bottling company has to be honest, is with the nutritional facts on the back of the bottle. It may boldly state 100% juice on the front, but on the back, you’ll find that there are a dozen other things in there. Including, but not limited to high fructose corn syrup.

But corn syrup comes from corn, right? So it can’t be all that bad!

High fructose corn syrup is a derivative of corn. It’s actually really bad for you. And, it’s in things you may not realize. Check your ketchup bottle, for example. This is why I get the truly all natural ketchup. It tastes better anyway.

But high fructose corn syrup is a whopping 55% fructose. This stuff gets directly metabolized into fat. It’s a dangerous carbohydrate for you. If you drink this stuff, you will build up fat in your liver. And your liver will soon look like an alcoholic’s liver.

So, drink real, homemade juice. Not that commercial stuff you find by the gallon at the store.

3. What Juices Are Good For My Skin?

Carrot Juice

This colorful root isn’t just for that rascally rabbit who keeps eating your kale plants. It’s amazing for your skin too.

Collagen. You want nice skin that doesn’t wrinkle and age and stretch, right? Well, you’re going to need some collagen. And collagen comes from Vitamin C. Carrots, this is a lot of C words, have vitamin C! So, juice them carrots!

Another part of your body you want to keep healthy: Your colon. If your colon is backed up, it can’t absorb the proper nutrients your liver needs to take care of your skin. See, everything is connected!

So, Kale, that super popular food, has incredible fiber. Fiber will keep you colon clean! Plus, kale has loads of vitamins and antioxidants that help your skin glow like the noon-day-sun.

Just Beet It

Ok, sorry for the bad pun. But beets are another liver cleanser you need in your juice right now. These beautiful roots are full of iron, potassium, niacin, copper, and vitamin C.

But be careful with beets. Eating too many of them could cause kidney stones. Just stick to half a beet at a time.

Conclusion: Juicing For Your Health

Other fruits and veggies good for your skin include parsley, lemon, ginger, and watercress. Mix and match every day. Your skin will thank you for it.

Getting through all of the different information to come to the right method for you is a difficult task. Nowadays, there is a seemingly endless supply of new diets to try out.

As the head of Healthy-Juicing.com, I totally understand the struggle. I’m also a believer that the best weight loss plans stick to as natural of an approach as possible in order to be able to maintain the results in the long term.

How much more natural does it get than using fresh juice to help you slim down?

It allows you to consume plenty of fruits and veggies. You’ll be able to get incredible nutrients without spending the day chowing down. These tasty drinks offer juicers a sweet satisfaction and all of the healing powers and benefits of healthy eating.

Healthy-Juicing is the result of my life changing journey to become healthy after years of struggling with my image. I was overweight and unhappy, often resorting to using food as a coping mechanism to hide from my problems.

When I took the step to turn my life around, it didn’t involve chemicals, flash diets, or pills. My solution was simple: use fresh juice and make sure the pounds stayed off.

My life is now dedicated to helping others see the same results and experience life as a happy and healthy individual through juicing for weight loss. To learn more, I recommend checking out the rest of my blogs !

Juicing for weight loss

Today I wanted to talk about juicing for weight loss and if it really does help slim you down.

Despite my personal success with it, I want to give you real information that can help you.

It’s a great way to get your health in check as well as your weight. Though the two are linked, anyone can reap the rewards of the increased fiber, nutrients, and detox properties.

All of the following information can help you come to the conclusion that juicing for weight loss really can change your life. All you need to do is keep reading and make the choice to invest in your health!

Increased fiber intake

Those who are just beginning their journey with juicing have often been dealing with a health issue that requires a drastic change to their diet and lifestyle.

Studies have found that over 74% of Americans are living with digestive issues, often leading to discomfort or illness. Some of these problems stem from a simple issue: not having enough fiber in your diet.

Juicing can also help with this common issue. Many fruits and vegetables offer quality, natural fiber. This can sooth your digestive problems without the harsh and sudden effects of over-the-counter medications like laxatives.

Eat more without eating more

One of the greatest benefits to juicing for weight loss and improving your health is that you do not have to spend all day planning your meals and constantly snacking to achieve your goals.

Instead, simply drink yourself to your goals!

Juicing allows you to “fit” more fruits and vegetables in one drink then you’re likely able to eat in an entire meal.

Have you ever thought that eating two bananas, a pear, an apple, an orange, and a bowl full of healthy greens is a delicious meal you’re likely to put together? More importantly, would you actually be able to finish it ? It’s unlikely. However, when you juice you are able to fit all of those things into one delicious drink that is something you can finish with ease.

However, when you juice you are able to fit all of those things into one delicious drink that is something you can finish with ease.

More antioxidants

Nowadays, fast food reigns supreme and 44% of Americans report eating fast food at least once a week. Getting the proper amount of fruits and vegetables is a problem in and of itself. Simply not enough of these fast-food places offer healthy options that are more enticing than a burger.

Simply not enough of these fast-food places offer healthy options that are more enticing than a burger.

When it comes to juicing, you are getting the right amount of fruits and veggies – finally! – but you are also getting tons of antioxidants into your body.

Antioxidants are found in natural foods, abundantly in fruits and veggies, and are believed to prevent cell damage and known to decrease the amount of damaging free radicals in your body.

Get more water

A 2013 study found that around 75% of Americans may be suffering from chronic dehydration as a result of not consuming the recommended 12 cups of water a day.

Here’s the thing: in addition to the added fiber and antioxidants that juicing provides you, adding water into your juices can also give you a smoother consistency. It also goes towards that daily water goal you should be reaching to achieve a healthy body.

Less cravings

If you’re like many people, you have a sweet tooth that just demands to be satisfied throughout the day. Eating sweets is an easy way to let your weight get the best of you. You’ll also be opening yourself to diseases like diabetes, but juices are able to satisfy this need.

By standing in as a sweet treat, juicing can help you cut down on unhealthy sweet cravings. The extra perk? You’ll transition to developing a taste for the natural sweetness of fruits.

The calories you can also save by switching from a slice of cake to a banana and peach smoothie are also attributed to weight loss.

Juicing for weight loss is a reality that is possible for many people. Keep in mind that this is a lifestyle change that will result in changes in your body, mind, and health.

Knowing that you are taking the right steps to turn your health into a priority is a cause worth celebrating with a great juice. Check out my site, Health-Juicing.com, to get great recipes and tips to make juicing for weight loss work for you!

7 Signs Your Body’s Aching for a Detox

organic juice cleanseIn an ideal world, our bodies are in a constant state of detox. But most of us don’t live in an ideal world, we live in the real one. And in the real world, toxins and chemicals make their way into our bodies on a daily basis.

So, how do we detox under real world circumstances? The best way to do it is with an organic juice cleanse.

Our level of exposure to toxins fluctuates throughout our lives and our response to those toxins varies too. But here’s something you probably already know:

You don’t have to be a medical expert to know when your body is in need of a detox. All you have to do is pay attention to your body.

Because your body will tell you when it needs a detox. You will see it, and you will feel it.

An organic juice cleanse is the perfect starting point to getting your body back on track. It is the ideal antidote to modern day living and it’s an absolute must if you want full body health.

Unsure what your body is telling you? Don’t worry. Read on, because we’re about to go a whole lot deeper.

Organic Juice Cleanse: 7 Signs Your Body is Aching for a Detox

If you notice any of the following on a consistent, recurring basis, your body is desperately crying out for a detox.

1. You’re Feeling Lethargic all the Time

Many of us can feel lethargic from time to time – it’s a part of living an authentic, full life.  But, if low energy levels have become a baseline for you, and you wake up feeling sluggish and remain listless throughout the day, it’s probably time for an organic juice cleanse.

If you’re constantly running around on the energy/crash cycle, your body is trying to tell you something. Constantly trying to fuel your lack of energy with caffeine and energy drinks leads to a dead end road, and after the initial energy boost, you end up feeling even more lethargic than when you started.

In this case, your body is overflowing with toxins and an organic juice cleanse will flush those toxins out.

2. You’re Feeling Depressed

A healthy mind is fueled by a healthy body and healthy food and the science is leading the way in this regard.

Certain foods have been linked to lower moods. We can all attest to this because we have all, at some time in our lives, eaten a meal and found our mood plummeted directly afterward, right?

Good bowel health is also crucial for our overall mind health.

If you find that you’re feeling down frequently, (clinical depression is something else entirely) your body is probably not receiving the correct amount of nutrients. In which case, a detox might be just what the doctor ordered.

3. You’re Suffering from Brain Fog

Brain fog might have become something you are used to, but that by itself does not make it a normal part of life. Fuzzy thinking, confusion, forgetfulness and lack of mental clarity are all signs of toxic overload.

When we consistently eat the wrong types of foods, or when we eat too much sugar, our bodies become wholly unbalanced. Time for the right type of nutrients. Time for a detox.

4. You Have Chronic Headaches

Headaches are something we all experience from time to time but there is usually a perfectly obvious cause. If you are having to endure headaches on an almost constant basis, then something is not quite right in your body.

Consider your chronic headaches as a form of communication between you and your body. It’s bringing your attention to something, and it’s that you need to detox.

Bear in mind, when you go on an organic juice cleanse, your headaches may actually worsen for a very brief time. This is to be expected and probably means your detox is working. Do stick with it, and those headaches will be a thing of the past in no time.

5. You’re Stomach is Continually Bloated

Continual bloating is a very clear sign that your body is aching for an organic juice cleanse.

Abdominal swelling, excessive gas, and varies forms of digestive stress indicate that something is up in the body, and could mean that there’s an overgrowth of bacteria or a build up of toxins.

In these cases, a detox should be your go-to support for a full body repair.

6. You Face a Battle with Insomnia Every Night

Any time you find your natural cycle out of rhythm, your body is asking you to restore its natural state, and one of the best ways to do this is through an organic juice cleanse.

Why is this? Because hormonal fluctuations and toxins in your body can keep you tossing and turning all night long. And, let’s face it, not sleeping is no fun for anyone.

More than that, insomnia can actually become a major health problem, and restoring your body’s natural state is super important if you are to return to your normal sleeping habits.

7. You’re Gaining Weight and You Don’t Know Why

Are you unintentionally gaining weight without a clear reason or cause? Or have you been trying really hard to lose weight and no matter what you try, the pounds simply will not budge?

Toxin buildup in the body can make it virtually impossible to lose weight. So, before you cancel that new gym membership and before you blame that new diet for all your weight gain woes, take stock and try an organic juice cleanse first. It might just be the answer to your problem.

Detox Today for a Better Tomorrow

So, there you have it. The 7 signs your body is aching for a detox.

Remember, just because you’ve gotten used to feeling this way, doesn’t mean that feeling this way is acceptable. If you feel any of these 7 signs consistently, it’s time to do something about it, today. And, starting an organic juice cleanse is the best way to give your body the full reboot it needs.

It’s time to remove those harmful, toxic chemicals from your body and to replenish it with awesome, fresh fruits and nutrients.

Because here’s the thing:

There’s no need to muddle your way through every day.

You don’t just have to survive life. You can thrive through life.

Through that life, your body is the greatest friend you’ll ever have. It’s your constant companion. And it’s always talking to you.

The question is, are you listening to what it has to say?

Are Fruits Bad For Juice Fasting?

Are Fruits Bad For Juice Fasting?

Juice fasting is awesome. Obviously, vegetables rule. But what about fruits? Are fruits bad for juice fasting? What about a fruit juice fast?

There’s a simple answer.

YES, fruits are bad for juice fasting. Unless you want to understand why then that’s all you need to know. If you’d like to understand why fruits are bad, keep reading.

To be honest, I think juice fasting with fruits SUCKS.

Whether you’re fasting with orange juice or apple, you’re not doing your body any favors.

Fruit has sugar. LOTS of sugar. Yes, fruit is healthy. If you’re eating an apple, your body is going to love you for it. As they say, an apple a day keeps the doctor away.

But in case you didn’t know, sugar is addictive. Some people believe it’s more addictive than heroin and cocaine.

The problem with juice fasting with fruits is sugar.

How do you feel when you eat a bunch of sugary foods?

Not good.

How do you think you’re going to feel if you drink sugary fruit juice for a few days straight?

Not good.

I’m not talking about bottled fruit juice. I mean homemade fruit juice. Even before companies add sugar to juice, it has already got loads of sugar.

Instead of juicing fruit, juice vegetables. This is for juice fasts. If you’re just juicing for the hell of it, juice whatever you want. But realize that the best benefits come from vegetable juice.

I know, I know… Vegetable juice doesn’t taste very good, especially when compared with the sweetness of fruit juice.

But think about your reasons. Why did you start juicing? Was it because you liked the taste or because you wanted to get healthy? If you want to lose weight, increase your energy and avoid cancer, focus on vegetables.

I use fruits to sweeten my juice recipes up. But other than that, I juice vegetables. I love adding spinach, beetroot, celery and kale. I love mixing it all together. A lot of people use them early on to help with the taste as they get used to green veggies.  However, you will find that the more you drink the less you need the sweet flavor.

Once you break the addiction to sugar, vegetable juice tastes pretty damn good. Like REALLY good. When I drink a nice big green juice, I’m laughing inside with happiness. I know that there are stacks of powerful nutrients inside. I know that I’ll feel REALLY good. I know that I’ll look sexy, that I’ll increase my energy and that I won’t get sick.

Are fruits bad for juicing? No. Are fruits bad for juice fasting? Yes.

Stop Crying And Start Acting

Discipline is worth itAre yoDiscipline is worth itu sick of being unhealthy? Are you tired of having no energy? Have you had enough of the person in the mirror?

That’s great to hear.

But what are you doing about it?

How many diets have you been on, only to return? How many times have you given up? How many times have you gone crawling back to unhealthy food?

If you’re sick of being unhealthy, congratulations. You’ve taken the first step to recovery. But if you’re complaining about it, please stop. Don’t complain and don’t make excuses.

Most of the time, who’s fault is it that you are unhealthy? Aside from the obvious influence of parents, YOU are almost entirely responsible for your health. If you’re fat, it’s because YOU choose to eat too much. If you’re unhealthy, it’s because YOU have not been making healthy choices.

Look, I don’t mean to be tough. In some cases, a person may have very little control. Perhaps they had an accident. Perhaps there was nothing else to eat. Yada yada yada…

All that is unimportant.

What’s important is what you are doing about it.

So… what are you doing about it?

Are you complaining or are you acting? Are you making excuses or are you doing something about your state?

You see, getting healthy is very simple. You don’t need books. You don’t need the latest ab exercise machine that they sell on TV during the middle of the night. You don’t need diet pills.

What you need are fresh fruits and vegetables. You need nutrients. Unfortunately, most of the crap that’s in the supermarket has very little nutritional value. Biscuits, soda, and chips are not healthy. Even so-called “health food” in supermarkets is usually processed and overloaded with sugar.

If you want to get healthy, you need to start juicing. You need fresh fruit and vegetable juice.

But that’s not all.

You’re on a juicing website. I respect that. It means that you’re trying to get healthy. But that’s not enough. On its own, juicing won’t do much. Sure, you’ll be better off than you were before, but you need to make some bigger changes than simply adding fresh fruit and vegetable juice.

Getting healthy is as much about what you don’t eat as what you eat. More than 90% of what you find in the supermarket is stuff that you shouldn’t be eating. You don’t need it. It’s junk, and it does nothing for your body. When you go to the supermarket, I want you to start focusing on the fresh food area. Heck, if possible, you want to visit that area only. Grab some meat unless you’re a vegan (meat is a-ok – I LOVE meat!). Frozen and canned vegetables can be ok in some cases. However, you want to get as much fresh stuff as humanly possible.

So now you’re juicing and eating lots of fresh fruits and vegetables. That’s cool. But again, that’s not enough. Oh, and stop eating grains! They’re killing you.

You need to exercise. You need to MOVE. Sure, walking helps. Walk more often. Walk to work. To the train station. Sell your car if you like. But you need to do more than that. You need to break a sweat. You need to do intense exercise 3 times a week. The rest of the time, stay active. Use a standing desk instead of sitting down. Do a bunch of stuff like that.

Like I said, being healthy is simple. Eat healthy, don’t eat bad food and train hard.

Can Raw Juicing Change Body Shape?

Can Raw Juicing Change Body Shape?

I’ve been getting a lot of questions about juicing lately. One of those questions is can raw juicing change body shape?

It’s an interesting question. Many people start juicing because they want to lose weight. They think that if they start drinking fresh vegetable juice and fresh fruit juice that the pounds will melt away.

Is it true? Does juicing for weight loss really work?

YES. Juicing to lose weight works.

Raw juicing CAN change body shape.

On a side note, have you ever heard of cooked juicing? Me neither. Raw juicing is the only type there is.

The reason juicing to lose weight works lies in the problem. Obesity is a huge problem in many developed countries. While we may have overcome poverty to some degree, we have fallen prey to other problems. We might not need to forage for food every day, but instead, we have to deal with cancer, heart disease, obesity and all sorts of other diseases.

This is a HUGE problem.

What are you doing about it? Are you at your ideal weight?

Obviously, if you found this article, you’re probably one of the people who wants to lose weight. You want to change your body shape. You want to look sexy again.

Juicing can help you get there and juicing can keep you there too.

But it will only work if you’re willing to work at it. There are no magic solutions. Juicing will not solve all of your problems. If you tend to overeat, that’s a problem and juicing won’t eliminate it. If you like to eat sugary food that is terrible for human health, that’s a problem. If you hate exercise and would rather sit in front of the TV, that’s a problem.

Of course, all of those things are only a problem if you want to be healthy, but isn’t that why you’re here?

What I’m getting at is that yes, juicing can change body shape. However, it’s only part of the solution. The whole solution includes getting your ass moving and taking regular exercise. It includes eliminating crap food from your diet and refusing to consume anything that will damage your health.

In this, your effort will determine your results. If you juice for a few weeks and then stop, you’ll probably get a few results. The benefits of juicing will take effect. You’ll probably have more energy. You might even lose a few pounds. It is amazing what a week of water weight loss will do for you. Then the hard part comes.

If you truly want to revolutionize your body shape, you’ll need to make some serious changes. Start juicing. Never stop. Cut out the junk and start exercising. That’s the whole solution.

How’s your diet? What do you eat and drink? Do you feast on biscuits, cakes and sweets? Or do you eat “healthy” stuff like bread and pasta?

Sorry to break it to you, but bread and pasta are not healthy.

The human body needs more than carbs.

It needs vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. It needs live food. It needs the power of raw fruits and vegetables.

If you haven’t heard, the health benefits of juicing are awesome. Juicing will blow your mind. It will change your life.

By now, you’re probably wondering how I can be so outrageous with my claims. I mean, how the heck can something as simple as juicing fruits and vegetables change someone’s life?

Would you like to lose weight? Would you like to slow the ageing process down? Remove wrinkles? Boost your energy? Wake up earlier? Prevent cancer?

You can do all these things with juicing. Fresh fruit and vegetable juice is akin to liquid sunshine. It revitalizes your cells and dramatically boosts your immune system. When you juice regularly, you’ll find that you feel a hell of a lot better than usual. You’ll get sick less. The winter flu won’t bother you anymore. You’ll smile more.

When you are healthy, life is so much better. Life progresses in leaps and bounds. Rather than endure life, you start to thrive. You get more done. You build better relationships. You attract better people.

I could go on all day about the insane benefits.

To get started, use the fat-blasting, disease-proofing juicing recipes on this website. You’ll find something you like, whatever your tastebuds prefer. For the adventurous, try the juice with garlic. It’s not designed to taste like a cocktail, but it will supercharge your immune system.

If you don’t know how to juice, have a read of the juicing basics page. It will set you up on the path to juicing success.

To experience the benefits, you’ll have to make this a permanent change. Sure, you can do a juice fast for a few days and it will help. But unless you fix your diet, whatever problems you have will keep reoccurring.

Try juicing for 30 days. At the end of those 30 days, make a commitment to continue juicing if it has helped. Like I said earlier, get yourself a juicer it will change your life.

The health benefits of celery juice are pretty awesome. Celery juice will rock your world.

I guess that answers your question.

Is celery juice good for you?

Is Celery Juice Good For You?That’s the equivalent of asking “is juicing good for you?

Of course celery juice is good for you.

Even Hippocrates, the “father of medicine”, thought celery juice was fantastic. He believed wholeheartedly in celery juice and referred to it as a “nerve-calmer”.

The cool thing about celery is that it is very water-dense. This means you get LOADS of juice when you use celery.

Celery juice is packed with benefits. Like I said, YES, celery juice is good for you.

It is loaded with super-important vitamins, including vitamin A, B1, B2, B6 and C.

Do you do a lot of sports? What do you drink after you complete your sessions? Do you drink sugary sports “water”, or do you drink water? While water may be healthy, it’s not enough to replace the electrolytes you have lost through sweating. As for sugary sports “water”, I hope you don’t need me to tell you that these drinks SUCK when it comes to staying healthy.

What you need is a natural solution to replacing electrolytes. Celery juice is a fantastic solution for this as it has the electrolytes and it’s totally natural.

One of the great benefits of celery juice is that it has virtually ZERO calories. Yes, that means what you think it means. It means you can drink as much celery juice as you like and you won’t get fat.

Are you with me?

Celery also contains powerful cancer-fighting antioxidants. When you drink celery juice on a regular basis, you literally lower your risk of contracting a life-threatening illness such as cancer.

As you can see, celery juice is pretty damn awesome. But how do you get started enjoying it?

You’ll need a juicer and some celery. You can drink celery juice on its own, however it probably won’t be very tasty. For a great mix, juice celery with carrot, apple and ginger. This is a fruity juice that is bursting with liquid sunshine.

A great way to use celery is to drink celery juice before you eat. It will suppress your appetite and you will eat less.

Obviously, celery juice is good for you. Is celery juice good for you? YES. But don’t take it too far. Don’t immerse yourself in buckets upon buckets of celery juice. Use it once or twice a day in your juices. That way, you’ll get the great benefits.
