Beet Juice Recipes 1 – Alert Me

- 200g/7oz raw beetroot or beets (use fresh beetroot only)
- 1 carrot
- 1 large orange
- 50g/2oz spinach
Grab a sharp knife and cut the beetroot into wedges. Chop the carrot roughly then cut away the skin from the orange and roughly slice the flesh.
Push the beetroot, orange and carrot through a juicer, then the spinach last. Pour into a glass and enjoy.

The purpose of the liver is to clean the blood, and that’s just what this beet juice recipe will do for you. Crushed vegetable juice goes straight into the blood, and therefore straight to your liver. This is one of my favorite juices as I feel it immediately racing around my body.
It’s loaded with nutrients to cleanse the liver and blood and make you feel amazing. The beetroot purifies the blood, while the grapefruit and lemon sweeten it up. It’s loaded with vitamins, minerals, enzymes and antioxidants and packs some serious punch!
- 1 medium sized beetroot
- 1 grapefruit
- 1 lemon
- 2cm of ginger
- 1/4 tsp of turmeric
- A dash of cayenne pepper
- A dash of milk thistle
Cut the top off the beetroot and peel the grapefruit and lemon. Juice the lemon, grapefruit, ginger and beetroot together.
Add the cayenne pepper, milk thistle and turmeric and mix up thoroughly. Pour into a glass, drink and feel it rush through your body and make it come alive.
Beet Juice Recipes 3 – The Beetrix
When it comes to beet juice recipes, the Beetrix will knock your socks off. It’s a very famous juice which most people know because a movie of a similar name (hint, hint) told its story.
Ok, seriously now. The Beetrix packs a punch into the gut of toxins, waste, sickness and laziness. It’ll give you a kick worth getting excited about.
Why? It’s the beetroot baby. Among the benefits of beet juice is the incredible fact that it’s a powerful blood enhancer. One of the steps to awesome blood is drinking lots of beet juice. What’s the point of having good blood? You’ll feel lighter, have more energy and get more things done. Blood transports oxygen around your body and effectively gives you life. The worse your blood is, the worse you are.
However, beetroot isn’t the only good thing. Grapefruit aids digestion and weight loss by encouraging metabolic action. Celery is an excellent source of fiber and folic acid and is known to reduce blood pressure. I could go on but I think you get the idea.

- 1 beetroot
- 4 carrots
- 1 stalk of celery
- 1 stalk of broccoli
- 1 handful of wheatgrass
- 1 handful of parsley
- 1 grapefruit
Start with the wheatgrass and parsley, then juice the rest. Make sure you mix it up then drink and enjoy.
