Ingredients include:

  • 200g/7oz raw beetroot or beets (use fresh beetroot only)
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 large orange
  • 50g/2oz spinach

Step 1

Grab a sharp knife and cut the beetroot into wedges. Chop the carrot roughly then cut away the skin from the orange and roughly slice the flesh.

Step 2

Push the beetroot, orange and carrot through a juicer, then the spinach last. Pour into a glass and enjoy.

It’s loaded with nutrients to cleanse the liver and blood and make you feel amazing. The beetroot purifies the blood, while the grapefruit and lemon sweeten it up. It’s loaded with vitamins, minerals, enzymes and antioxidants and packs some serious punch!

Ingredients

  • 1 medium sized beetroot
  • 1 grapefruit
  • 1 lemon
  • 2cm of ginger
  • 1/4 tsp of turmeric
  • A dash of cayenne pepper
  • A dash of milk thistle

Step 1
Cut the top off the beetroot and peel the grapefruit and lemon. Juice the lemon, grapefruit, ginger and beetroot together.

Step 2
Add the cayenne pepper, milk thistle and turmeric and mix up thoroughly. Pour into a glass, drink and feel it rush through your body and make it come alive.

  • 1 beetroot
  • 4 carrots
  • 1 stalk of celery
  • 1 stalk of broccoli
  • 1 handful of wheatgrass
  • 1 handful of parsley
  • 1 grapefruit

Directions

Start with the wheatgrass and parsley, then juice the rest. Make sure you mix it up then drink and enjoy.
