7 Health Benefits of Antioxidants

Over recent years, the benefits of antioxidants have been closely studied by scientists all over the world. Fruits and vegetables have been found to have immense power when it comes to keeping the body healthy and free of disease.

An antioxidant is a nutrient which stops or slows down oxidation.
